BISE Swat SSC 1st Annual Exams 2025 Admissions
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Swat has announced admissions for 9th and 10th classes, which will be held in March 2025. These Annual-I exams are scheduled to start on March 5, 2025. Both private and regular students can take admission and apply. Complete information is provided in the article below.
Fee Structure for 9th and 10th class
- Admission fees can be deposited at any nearest branch of Allied Bank Limited, United Bank Limited, or OMNI Banking shops.
- An additional fee of Rs. 500/- is applicable at the time of collection of the original certificate for improvement or additional subjects.
Guidelines for Submission
For Institutions:
- Government and private institutions must use the online enrollment portal for admission of 9th and 10th class students.
- Submit a hard copy of the system-generated list, duly signed and stamped by the head of the institution, along with the original bank receipt, within the due dates.
For Private Students:
- Private candidates must submit their admission forms online at www.bisess.edu.pk.
- Candidates appearing in the 10th class must provide a photocopy of the Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) from the last examination.
- Fresh private candidates of class 9th must submit a hard copy of the admission form along with the original School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and fee receipt at the One Window Section of BISE Saidu Sharif Swat.
Special Instructions from Bise Swat
- Candidates who appeared in SSC Annual-II Examination 2024 for class 9th improvement are not eligible to reappear in SSC Annual-I Exam 2025 for the same.
- Photograph changes after the conduct of the examination are not allowed.
- Candidates with SSC or equivalent qualification can improve their marks/division within four years, before appearing in the next higher class.
- Migrated candidates must appear in class 9th practical exams if not already taken in the previous board.
- Institutions must submit online forms for regular students and provide a signed hard copy of the system-generated admission list along with the fee receipt.
Other Requirements
- A private student seeking admission in the 10th class from another board must provide:
- Proper migration certificate.
- School Leaving Certificate.
- Verified DMC of class 9th.
- Candidates appearing for improvement with grace marks or in aggregate must appear for those specific papers; otherwise, the improvement will not be considered.
- Private candidates who have not attended any institution can apply for class 9th admission by submitting an attested copy of their CNIC, Form-B, or Birth Certificate.
Additional Information
- Applications for creating examination centers must be submitted by February 5, 2025.
- Educational institutions and private students must download and print system-generated bank challans from the online portal.
- Candidates from Wafaq-ul-Madaris applying for additional subjects must provide an attested photocopy of their IBCC equivalency certificate.
